As a key member of the Solutions team, you will own the coordination, planning and implementation of new customer solutions.
Key responsibilities include implementation scoping, product configuration, and the direct management of customer communication during onboarding. Additionally, you will be the first line for troubleshooting integration issues that occur during onboarding - be it adjusting html/css for email templates, debugging Javascript, or investigating email campaign settings.
Our Solutions Architects are tasked with thinking outside the box to ensure that our customers are successfully integrated and that our product is configured correctly for their unique business needs. Successful applicants must be extremely organized and able to work closely with our product team to clearly communicate bugs, feature requests, use cases, and prioritization.
The Solution Architect is directly customer facing and as such excellent communication skills are a must. Furthermore, SA's often juggle a number of accounts concurrently and must be very well organized and capable of rapid context switching.

You will be helping to develop Pleisty's large scale data processing platform, producing robust, secure and fast-running code. You should have experience working with large sets of data (multiple billion rows), and producing high availability code. Any experience of location and/or data services would be beneficial.
You will have skills and experience in optimisation and querying, and be able to produce precise and efficient output on real time and/or time series data problems. Most importantly, you'll relish a challenge, love technology, and be willing to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
